TAX CREDITS:

October 3, 2008, the President of the United States signed the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, H.R. 1424.  Under this section, new residential Geothermal Heat Pumps are allowed a one-time tax credit equal to 30% of the total costs (No Cap) of the system, including allocable labor, less any subsidized financing.
