Just Purchase a VIP. What is a VIP?
A VIP Service Agreement is a maintenance
contract the homeowner purchases for a twice yearly appointment to clean,
tune-up, and verify their heating and air conditioning systems are running
properly. In addition, to scheduled maintenance, the homeowner is eligible for
a 15% savings on any repairs listed in our rate book.

Advantages Of Being Our VIP Customer
- One of
our Service Technicians will make two visits per year: one to clean and
verify your furnace and one to tune up the air conditioning system. You
can also add the other components of your indoor air quality system to
this agreement.
- As a
Preferred Customer, you are eligible for a 15% savings on repairs listed
right in our rate book that the Technician can show you. This savings is
good for any preventative repairs found during the spring and fall
appointments as well as any repairs that may come up during the year.
- A VIP
Service Agreement entitles the holder to priority scheduling. Even better,
there will never be an "after hours" fee on any service calls
made during the plan year.

As a VIP Customer, you are
eligible for a 15% savings on repairs that are listed in our rate book that our
Technicians can show you. This savings is good for any repairs found during the
Spring and Fall appointments as well as any repairs that may come up during the
year. And, you no longer have to worry about paying after hours prices.
*For natural or propane gas furnaces ONLY. Fuel oil furnaces must
be quoted on a per job basis.
